Magistrate Court - Judge Don Hicks

Donald Hicks has been a Magistrate Judge for Cobb County since 1987. Judge Hicks graduated from Emory University in 1974 and earned his law degree from Woodrow Wilson College of Law in 1980. He currently is practicing in the area of real estate foreclosure law at the firm of McCalla, Raymer, Padrick, Cobb, Nichols and Clark. Judge Hicks is a member of the Atlanta Track Club and USA Triathlon association. He is currently serves as a Trustee for the Atlanta Track Club Foundation.
