Magistrate Court - Judge H. Luke Mayes IV

A lifelong resident of Cobb County, H. Luke Mayes IV received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Emory University in 1996 and his Juris Doctor from Emory University in 1999. He was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2000. After serving as a law clerk in the Cobb County Superior Court, he entered private practice. Judge Mayes maintains a private law practice in West Cobb County which focuses on estate planning, business law, and civil litigation.
