Magistrate Court - Judge David R. Yood
Judge David R. Yood attended Erskine College in South Carolina and graduated with a degree in History/Government in 1971. He joined the Atlanta Police Department in 1973 and retired as a Sergeant in 1998. Judge Yood attended John Marshall Law School and graduated with his JD in 1994 and he was then admitted to the Georgia State Bar. He has done some civil litigation and criminal work, but concentrates on Residential Real Estate Closings. He and his wife Sharen have been married and lived in Cobb County for 28 years. They have three grown children.
